• Hotel Sri Ashvik is a hospitality property located at 130/4A, Sudukattanpatti Village, Beach Road, Rameswaram – 623526.

• The hotel reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

• All guests must present valid government-issued ID during check-in.

2. Check-In and Check-Out Policy

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM IST

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM IST

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Reservation Policy

• Bookings must be made through our official website or phone number (+91 89032 18555) only.

• Any third-party booking portals not listed on our website are not endorsed or affiliated with Hotel Sri Ashvik.

• Reservations are confirmed only after receiving a booking confirmation email.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other guests.

• Smoking, drinking, and consumption of non-vegetarian food inside rooms is strictly prohibited as per hotel policy.

• Damage to property will be charged to the guest responsible.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Hotel Sri Ashvik will not be liable for:

  • Lost or stolen items during the stay

  • Damages caused due to natural calamities or unforeseen events

  • Bookings made via fraudulent third-party agents

7. Safety Guidelines

We follow all safety norms as per Tamil Nadu Government and Indian Government regulations, including regular sanitization, CCTV monitoring in public areas, and 24/7 front desk assistance.
