Booking & Cancellation Policy – Hotel Sri Ashvik

1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made through our official website or by calling +91 89032 18555.

  • Guests will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.

  • Full or partial advance payment may be required depending on the booking type.

2. Payment Methods

  • We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash (for walk-ins).

  • Payments made through third-party portals not listed on our website are not guaranteed by Hotel Sri Ashvik.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur one night’s charge.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

  • Transaction fees (if any) will not be refunded.

5. Group Bookings

  • For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, special terms apply. Please contact our reservations team at hotelashvik@gmail.com or call +91 89032 18555.

6. Child Policy

  • Children below 8 years of age can stay for free using existing bedding.

  • Extra bedding or mattresses may be provided on request at an additional cost.

7. Modification Policy

  • Any changes to reservation dates or room types must be made at least 24 hours before check-in and are subject to availability.
