Booking & Cancellation Policy – Hotel Sri Ashvik
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings must be made through our official website or by calling +91 89032 18555.
Guests will receive a confirmation email with a booking reference number.
Full or partial advance payment may be required depending on the booking type.
2. Payment Methods
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and cash (for walk-ins).
Payments made through third-party portals not listed on our website are not guaranteed by Hotel Sri Ashvik.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur one night’s charge.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Transaction fees (if any) will not be refunded.
5. Group Bookings
For group bookings of more than 5 rooms, special terms apply. Please contact our reservations team at hotelashvik@gmail.com or call +91 89032 18555.
6. Child Policy
Children below 8 years of age can stay for free using existing bedding.
Extra bedding or mattresses may be provided on request at an additional cost.
7. Modification Policy
Any changes to reservation dates or room types must be made at least 24 hours before check-in and are subject to availability.
